In Anlehnung an den Metallica-Thread will ich hier mal den (meiner Meinung nach) besten Produzenten den es gibt vorstellen, nämlich Rick Rubin.
Rick Rubin (* 1963 auf Long Island, New York als Frederick Jay Rubin), ist ein jüdisch-amerikanischer Musikproduzent. Er gründete 1984 zusammen mit Russell Simmons noch als Student an der Universität von New York das Musik-Label Def Jam. Angefangen mit Hip Hop, produzierte er aber bald auch Musik anderer Stilrichtungen. Nach einem Streit mit Simmons gründete er 1986 sein eigenes Label, Def American, welches 1993 in American umbenannt wurde.
