since it is my first time there and probably in festival which there are big chances for rain and I'll be staying in a hostel I would like to ask if plastic poncho can be bought there and if so how much it costs usually? and also about the clear bags if i can get it there?

Last year they sold the clear bags at the merchandise shops on the festival. Don't know the price of them..
Most of the times Rock im Park is a sunny festival. But sometimes it rains - so it is hard to say if you'll need a plastic poncho this year or not. I'll recommend to buy a cheap one before Rock im Park - they're not always giving some ponchos for free as soon as rain starts pouring down.

You can get clearbags at Amazon. Just look that its not bigger than H45 xW35 x D30 cm.

Waren die Öffnungszeiten die letzten Jahre auch so? Hatte in Erinnerung, dass der Lidl von Donnerstag bis Montag früh durchgehend geöffnet hätte

Ja, war definitiv so, aber zwischen 2:00 und 6:00 Uhr finde ich das schon verkraftbar, wenn er schließt. Erstmal toll, dass es ihn wieder gibt - wir reisen so nur mit Campingzeug und Klamotten an.
